These Terms and Conditions govern all use of the lukypk platform by Pakistani players. By registering an account, depositing funds in PKR, or accessing any game or service on lukypk, you confirm your acceptance of these terms in full. Please read this document carefully before using the platform.

Access to lukypk is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Age is verified through mandatory KYC documentation before any withdrawal is processed. Underage accounts are permanently closed.
Each individual may hold only one account on lukypk. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, same device, or same payment method — violate these Terms and are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of funds.
All transactions on lukypk are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and bank transfer are accepted. Withdrawals are processed only to verified accounts matching the account holder's identity.
All bonus funds credited to a lukypk account are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The specific multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period for each promotion are stated in the individual offer terms. Bonus abuse will result in account closure.
Players must not engage in any form of cheating, collusion, match manipulation, use of automated systems, or exploitation of software errors. Any advantage gained through prohibited conduct will be reversed and the account permanently suspended.
Every lukypk account comes with built-in responsible gaming controls: deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, and self-exclusion. Players are encouraged to configure these before beginning any gaming session. Self-exclusion is irreversible for its stated duration.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
References to any statute, regulation, or legal instrument include any amendment, extension, or re-enactment thereof. Headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
By completing the lukypk registration process, clicking to confirm account creation, making a deposit to your PKR Wallet, or accessing any game or service on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the lukypk Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and lukypk with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral.
Access to lukypk and use of any gaming or betting product on the Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:
lukypk actively uses age verification mechanisms including KYC document checks to enforce the 21+ requirement. Players are also encouraged to use parental control software where devices are accessible by minors.
To access any real-money game or betting product on lukypk, you must complete the account registration process and submit to KYC verification. The following conditions apply:
lukypk reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to: a valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, proof of address (dated within 3 months), and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times. Changes to your registered email, mobile number, or address must be submitted to lukypk's support team and will be subject to verification. lukypk accepts no liability for issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lukypk account credentials, including your username, password, and any Two-Factor Authentication codes. The following obligations apply:
lukypk currently accepts the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players, all processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR):
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. lukypk does not accept deposits from third parties. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within your Account Wallet at time of transaction. Deposits are credited to your PKR Wallet following confirmation by the relevant payment provider.
Withdrawals from your lukypk account are subject to the following conditions: (a) your KYC verification must be completed and approved; (b) you must have satisfied any applicable bonus wagering requirements on funds subject to promotional terms; (c) the withdrawal destination must match a payment method held in your verified name; and (d) any requested withdrawal amount must not exceed your available PKR Wallet balance.
lukypk is required to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations under the conditions of its international gaming license. Deposits that cannot be verified as legitimate may be held pending investigation, and withdrawal requests may be declined if they cannot be satisfactorily verified as winnings from legitimate gameplay. lukypk reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.

In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or system failure affecting a game or betting market, lukypk reserves the right to void all affected bets or game rounds and return stakes to Players' PKR Wallets. lukypk accepts no liability for losses arising from technical errors beyond its reasonable control.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lukypk platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds:

All intellectual property rights in the lukypk platform — including but not limited to the brand name "lukypk", logo, website design, game interfaces, written content, software, trademarks, and graphical elements — are owned by or licensed to lukypk and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from any element of the Platform without prior written authorisation from lukypk.
Any unauthorised use of lukypk's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lukypk's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited by you in your PKR Wallet during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
lukypk shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, consequential, incidental, or special losses; (b) loss of profit, data, or anticipated savings; (c) losses caused by events outside lukypk's reasonable control, including network outages, government actions, or third-party payment provider failures; or (d) any loss arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms.
lukypk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where a Player account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, lukypk reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the PKR Wallet. Where closure is for any other reason, any verified balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following completion of applicable security and compliance checks.
Players who wish to close their own accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours of identity verification.
lukypk is committed to resolving all Player disputes fairly and transparently. The following procedure applies to any dispute or complaint arising in connection with your lukypk account:
In the first instance, Players should contact the lukypk support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected] with a clear description of the complaint, the relevant account details, and any supporting documentation. The support team will acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 5 business days.
If a complaint cannot be resolved to the Player's satisfaction through the internal process, the Player may escalate the matter to lukypk's compliance department. Details for escalation will be provided upon completion of the initial complaint review.
Where a dispute remains unresolved following the internal escalation process, Players may refer the matter to the relevant regulatory authority under whose license lukypk operates. Details of the applicable regulatory body and dispute resolution process are available upon request from our support team.
lukypk's determination of any dispute relating to game outcomes, bet settlement, or bonus terms — where that determination is based on server-side records — is final and binding, subject only to regulatory review as described above.
The collection, use, storage, and protection of personal data provided by Players in connection with their lukypk accounts is governed by the lukypk Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
In summary, lukypk collects personal data for the purposes of account administration, KYC verification, payment processing, responsible gaming compliance, fraud prevention, and where required, regulatory reporting. lukypk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, lukypk will notify registered Players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the amended Terms take effect.
Your continued use of the lukypk Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact the support team to arrange account closure.
The current version of these Terms is always the version displayed on this page. The effective date shown at the top of this document indicates when the current version was last updated.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which lukypk's gaming license is issued. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process set out in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.
Nothing in this section limits the right of any Player to seek relief from the regulatory authority under whose license lukypk operates, as described in Section 14.3.
